Demo Policy
Demo products are limited to what is on hand, demo items are sold frequently so please contact us regarding availability.
All deposits are charged upon request of service. Full demo sales prices are authorized to be charged if demo is not return within 15 days.
All deposits are refunded with the purchase of a new kite or board that is not on sale or clearance, and the demo is returned undamaged. (shipping covered by Wet Feet)
If purchase is not made 30% of deposit will be credited to their Wet Feet account to be used within a year towards the purchase of any product that is not on sale or clearance. (Return shipping to be covered by customer.)

If purchase is not made and the demo is returned with air leak, repair will be made and paid by deposit. 30% will be credited to client Wet Feet account and the remaining will be refunded. (Return shipping to be covered by customer.)
If gear is returned with minor damage repair fees start at $25 up to the full amount of the deposit depending of the damage done to the demo gear.
If purchase is not made and the demo is returned with extensive damage, full deposit will be charged with option to pay for Demo sale price ($749+) where the client can receive the damaged kite back as a demo sale purchase.
Customer has option to purchase demo at Demo price at any point prior to the 15 days home trial.

Only up to 3 Demo products are allowed within a period of 30 days every 6 months per category.
All demo products must be sent to Wet Feet Sports by the 15th day of the program and received by Wet Feet Sports 5 days after.

Demos that are not fully paid by the customer after the 15 day demo program are subject to legal actions.
Only credit cards that are active for at least 6 months from the point of deposit charge will be allowed to be used.
If customer cancels credit card at any time during the demo program, they must notify Wet Feet Sports and provide an updated card.
If customer doe snot notify Wet Feet Sports of credit card cancellation and product is not returned during the 15 Day home program, they will face legal action (customer gives up their right to defend, accepts to pay for all legal and product fees within 6 months.)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
