Stretch Towboard

by: Stretch

This board is designed for world-class aerialist, Nathan Fletcher. The nose and tail are full which straightens out the mid-section inducing speed. The fuller template affords riders to go about 2 inches shorter than their normal shortboard. The fin configuration is such that it rides like a tri-fin yet produces even more drive and acceleration. A 'fishy' feel that surfs off the tail, this design is quick turning, ultra-responsive and fast! From small beach breaks to Tahitian death tubes to monster Mavericks, Nathan is riding this design in any size, any condition, anywhere! Sizes available from Kid's boards up to 'Mav's guns' (Anthony Tashnick's 2005 Maverick's contest winner), Stretch will proportion it for your needs. Not to be confused with your typical retro quad-fin design, this is a high performance shortboard with four fins. More is good! Rocker>relaxed entry with gradual, continuous curve throughout. Rails>soft 50-50 rails through nose & mid section, sharp behind the fins. Bottom>single concave with subtle vee out of tail. Fins>FCS Glass Flex composites or custom fiberglass Future fins, exclusive only to Stretch Boards. Construction>S Glass with Expoxy Resin for extra strength. Can be ordered clear or with a single tone color at no charge.
