This board has the classic 60’s rocker which is a lower, straighter entry rocker that allows the nose to plane up rather than getting sucked down and pearling. A smooth rocker curve going into a pronounced tail kick which holds the tail down in the wave, coupled with the 50/50 rails which also holds the board in the face of the wave to allow sustained nose rides. The outline is a classic 60’s style parallel railed template with some hips in the tail for those smooth rolling turns and cutbacks. The board comes in a flat bottom nose for more speedy nose rides or a concave nose for “lifting” nose rides.
Single fin box set up.
Comes with John’s 11″ B&B fin.
Thinking of riding some waves of consequence? These three boards will get you out and into whatever size waves you’d like to challenge yourself with. Semi-gun and gun outlines/rockers taken from tried and true big wave surfboard designs have been applied to these stand up designs. Flat bottom going to “V” in the tail. These are the boards Keali’i Mamala uses in XXL waves and has been riding these PRODUCTION boards at Jaws, Mavericks and Nazare.
4+1 fin box set up.
Comes with quad fin set – Front 4 3/4″ Back 4″.
Lift is proud to introduce their new one-piece wing designs that offer superior strength and performance. The wing serves as a critical component in the stability of the foil at any speed. Each lightweight wing is specifically engineered, made of high-performance carbon fiber, and is a modular one-piece designed to fit all Lift Foils Struts. Each wing includes a custom Lift wing bag, 1 Lift Sticker, 1 hex key and 2 screws.
150 - The 150 offers a strong and stiff design for staying in the "energy pockets" and carving sharp turns, clean, fast and with efficient glide.
170 - The 170 wing maximizes speed, and minimizes drag to move faster through the water to connect multiple waves and carve sharper turns.
170 Fish - Maximizes lift at lower speeds, wing tips drown down and smaller back wing takes stability from the wing but adds maneuverability for sharper turns.
200 Glide - Our 200 wing maximizes lift and stability at lower speeds, making this wing much more forgiving and ideal for connecting waves or pumping back out.
When ordering specify which strut size:
24 - The "24-inch" strut is great for beginners or riders looking to
throw down aerials and tricks.
28 - The "28-inch" strut is our most popular strut size which gives you room
to elevate and carve sharper turns.
Struts are also available in 32", 36" and 40" but are generally used for kitesurfing and a smaller 110 wing.
With a foil under your board, kiting or surfing becomes extraordinary. On any given day, you can fly with the smooth sensation only found on the best days. In the world of surfing smooth glassy days are rare, not to mention the foil increases the ride three times the distance so you get three times the surf.
Lift offers a variety of foil wings and masts for Kite, Surf and SUP for different conditions and difficulty levels. The Lift foil line is continuously growing so you can easily update your wing as we release new designs. Lift's latest design offers a strong, light and simple one piece wing and fuselage set with several mast height options.
