Returns & Replacements
We will accept returned products and issue a refund, minus shipping charges, provided you contact us within (5) days from the day you received your order. After (5) days we will ONLY issue a store credit for any returns. The customer is responsible for any shipping charges to get the product back to us. In order for a product to be eligible for a refund or store credit, it must be unused and returned with the original packaging in resalable condition within 30 days of purchase date for any reason.
THERE IS A 5% RESTOCKING FEE ON ALL REFUNDED ITEMS, UNLESS WE SHIPPED YOU THE WRONG ITEM.
IF YOU ARE DOING AN EXCHANGE, THERE IS NO RESTOCKING FEE, BUT YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING ON THE ITEM THAT YOU EXCHANGE FOR
ALL SALES ARE FINAL FOR ALL USED & DEMO EQUIPMENT
How to return your item for a refund/exchange:
1. To process a Return, Please email email@example.com to obtain your return authorization number (RA number).
2. Please provide the name on the order, order number and item you wish to return with the reason for return/exchange.
3. Once you have your RA #, write it clearly on the outside of the box and ship to:

Returned packages may be refused if they arrive without a return authorization clearly written on the outside of the box.
ALL items must be returned in their original condition, including the original packaging, manufacturer's containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals and all accessories.
Do not mark or deface the original manufacturer containers in any manner.
Refunds will only be made via the method in which the order was paid.
We strongly suggest sending returns insured for the full value and with a tracking number to insure a full and prompt refund.
If merchandise is damaged due to improper packing or packaging, refund or exchange may not be given per Emerald Coast's discretion.
All shipping charges will be refunded for product shipped in our error.
Returned items that were shipped with a free shipping promotion will be credited less the original shipping cost.
When will I receive my refund?
Credits will be issued after we receive, inspect and process your return, which can take up to 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when your return has been processed. Credit card refunds can take up to 72 hours to reflect on your bank statement.
Defective product issues should be taken up with the manufacturer, but we are happy to provide you with their contact information. In most cases, a company will replace a product if there is a defect. Emerald Coast Kiteboarding does not provide any sort of a warranty on the everyday wear and tear associated with the use of the kite and board products and clothing we sell.
