The story of the DIABLO is first of all a man story. When F-One decided to start the foil kite program it was only because we were able to collaborate with a state of the art designer and factory from the paragliding industry, namely Mr Gin SEOK SONG.
GIN GLIDERS PARAGLIDING is a leading brand of high end and competition paragliders. The DIABLO was designed by Gin SEOK SONG and then tested and developed by two previous paragliding world champions: GIN test pilot Hans BOLLINGER and the F-ONE designer Robert GRAHAM. They used advanced design and manufacturing technologies that have been acquired through many years of paragliding. The experience of this collaboration has enabled us to quickly build a kite that has already placed F-ONE team riders on the podium of international competitions.
The collaboration between F-ONE and GIN GLIDERS was natural because both the companies and the founders GIN SEOK SONG and Raphael SALLES are driven by the same passion. Passion for their respective sport as well as for high end products and innovation.
The DIABLO was a success right from the first few races as Maxime NOCHER was present on the podium with impressive multiple 1st places.
The performances were of course there but the entire team was also focused on the other features that the kite must also have:
Quality: the choice of the fabrics, the construction, and the high quality controls are direct descendants from high end paraglider production. The need for control is greater for foil kites because the body and bridles are more complicated and demand high precision.
Stability and ease of use: our philosophy is not only to target high performance but also to have a kite that is easy to use for everyone.
Bar feeling: for some riders getting into foil kiting it is a new experience so we wanted to have a bar feeling as close as what they are used to having with inflatable kites.
Handling and turning: the way the kite turns and the bar pressures during the turn are key positive aspects of the DIABLO.
Look: because a high end product should also be beautiful the DIABLO has an incredibly majestic presence in the sky.
It’s quite difficult to quantify all of the design and construction features present in the DIABLO, but when flying this incredible wing you will feel the passion, energy and knowledge that the work of the R&D team have achieved.
Mr GIN, two world paragliding champions Hans BOLLINGER and Robert GRAHAM, racing world champion Maxime NOCHER, top foil riders Romain CASTEL and Joey PASQUALI and our experience: only such incredible competences could enable us to enter the top level of foil kites in such a short time.

Race Bar Options:
Our design brief was to enhance every aspect of the V2. To do this we had to take the design to the next level incorporating features and understanding from the highest performance race kite on the planet, the R1 V2. It was a lofty goal but we believe we have made it happen.
It all starts with a totally new plan form, slightly more compact and with wider tips. Less obvious but perhaps the biggest upgrade are the internal diagonal ribs which help to keep the upper surface clean while creating a more solid internal structure. We have included internal straps to link the tension from the diagonals to the lines in order to create a uniform tension across the span. The upper and lower surface tension has been manipulated to reduce its effect on the internal structure resulting in a cohesive, stiffer wing in flight.
We’ve radically improved the overall flying sensation, making the V3 more responsive and reactive giving the rider a more direct feel and confidence. We’ve focused on creating a progressive feeling in the bar throughout the depower throw range, keeping consistent control in light or high winds.
The handling has an impeccably smooth turning motion and the kite has nice drive following through the turn, which means the V3 can easily be looped.
The kite is more reactive due to being a stiffer wing, which means it’s incredibly efficient even in the lightest breeze. With the Chrono V3 upwind riding has become a “no brainer” and this kite will get you out in winds you previously thought were unkiteable. Stability is essential no matter what conditions you’re out in, we’ve made sure the V3 holds its ground and delivers the utmost rock-solid stability.
The Chrono V3’s multi-purpose design means it is perfect for high performance Twin Tip freeriding - launching yourself into big floaty airs or out and out power and speed riding. Hydrofoil riders will instantly notice the improved stability and tacking/gybing potential of the V3, it will lift you for longer making maneuvers smoother and more intuitive.
Snow kiters will notice a significant performance boost of the V3 over its predecessor, ensuring riders have power to carve up the snow and sky in even the lightest breeze. The responsive handling has expanded the realm of possibility for landboarders, giving more control for engaged freestyle maneuvers. The incredible stability of the Chrono V3 gives riders the assurance they need to go for new tricks without hesitation.
The Chrono V3 is designed to deliver, for the competent kiter aspiring to ride an enhanced performance kite, which is powerful yet at the same time forgiving and not demanding. Get ready to experience heightened sensations that will give you the confidence to take your riding skills to a whole new level.
Packed with state of the art technology, the new generation of ultra high performance kite is here: the R1. The R1 was born through radical design ideas during the development of the Chrono.
Design and Performance Features:
The latest generation of C4 brings a fresh new look along with refinements to each size. We have had amazing feedback from riders all around the world, so what we wanted to offer was a similar kite yet refined for improved freestyle & wakestyle performance. We have fine tuned each size individually offering riders similar performance and feel they have come to know of the past C4 generations. The aspect ratio has been modified throughout the sizes to give the kites a better low end and more solid power during pop and release. We have brought the feel of the entire size range closer together, slightly slowing down the smaller sizes and speeding up the larger sizes for better freestyle riding. The new C4 continues with our Variable Bridle Geometry system, offering two “feel” settings. The system is simple, takes about 20 seconds to change and doesn’t involve adding or taking away any lines. The rider shifts the middle bridle lines up or down on pigtails to change the feel of the kite > Torrin Bright – Ozone Global Team & Test Rider.
The Reo’s unique flying characteristics allow you to maximize the potential of every wave, giving you the freedom to smash the lip, clear a section, carve turns or snap in the pocket. Fast direct handling and perfect drift combined with amazing de-power and the ability to absorb gusts means you can choose exactly where you want to place yourself on a wave to make that next move.
The Reo V5 features innovative Variable Bridle Geometry (VBG). The new bridle settings extend the kites operating range, bringing another level of versatility to this already outstanding design.

The 2015 Angry Swallow is proven to be the most unique surfboard shape in kiteboarding. The T-Rex design with a truncated nose significantly reduces swing weight while still providing a central control point on the board — making airs, spins and flip tricks easier than any other board. The parallel outline reduces drag and increases water speed to get more upwind performance without jeopardizing stability. The Angry Swallow also features the FCS II Fin Setup that allows for multiple fin setups to fit your conditions and riding style. The shorter board sizes make it easy to take with you to your favorite wave destination and fits in a wider variety of travel bags. Each of the sizes rides like a larger board without the weight and hassle and Fluid X Dampening System reduces vibration which improves feel.
You've seen this board in the mags and videos under Peter's feet so you know what it's capabilities are. Everyone who rides one says the same thing - in good waves, there is nothing that even comes close to the performance of the Trow Directional. This comes from years of Stretch working with Trow to get the shape dialed to perfection. 41cm width in 150-147cm length. The rocker on this board is Stretch's hi-performance surfboard curve, the rails are a miniature version of a surfboard rail. The single concave runs through the tail of this board just like a surfboard. Built with three or four fins, two or three straps - your choice. Comes with straps, pads and fins and pads ready to ride!
OffDaLip has put much R & D into this dedicated kite surfboard testing it in the world class conditions of Hawaii. The dimension are 5 foot 10 inches by 18.5 inches wide by 2 inches thick with a flatter rocker to eliminate bounce. Features a high density PU blank to prevent heel denting with epoxy layup for strength and durability that is ultra strong but still light in weight. To make in ultra bombproof or for the green look choose the wood veneer option. The flatter rocker and single concave bottom make the board very fast but still for loose due to the quad fin setup. Hard driving bottom turns and snaps off the top are what this board was made for. Comes complete with Future Vector II fins, Da Kine staps and Da Kine front and back traction pads.
